Know Your Cappuccino

We’re currently shooting and editing a documentary about the coffee scene in London – and as you might expect we’re managing to find some great places. And some not so great places too…

Here’s a taster…

As you can see it’s a lot to do with the balance. We call it the golden ratio. One part coffee, one part steamed milk, one part foam. Universally that’s what you should be looking for. If you have a cup of hot milky rubbish with a bit of foam and chocolate on the top. That’s not a cappuccino!
